With Clibrary, we want to show the potential that exists at the local level and the projects that regions, cities and towns are already carrying out. As a European network of municipalities, it is our aim to share these experiences and insights within our network, working together to advance municipal climate action.

Real added value for our members

Launched in mid-2025, the Clibrary is constantly growing. Ideas for further projects and good practice examples are always welcome. And while the database is primarily intended to offer added value to our members, all municipalities and regions across Europe will a climate success story to share are welcome to have their examples presented here.
